1] MAGUNJE VILLAGE
Repairing community Water Dam
This village is three hours north of the capital Harare. The dam is damaged and cannot capture enough fresh water. We will be repairing the dam for them this summer so they can capture water for drinking, gardening and also fishing.
2] WAVES FOR WATER FILTERS
As a direct result of generous donations, we have been able to purchase micron MVP filters which will be able to provide millions of gallons of fresh water to several hundreds of people!
FEED PROGRAM
FFZ is promoting increased literacy in rural schools by reducing student malnutrition, and low turnout. We are feeding children hot nutritious lunches at St. Marks and Mpinda primary schools in Silobela, Zimbabwe.
YES PROGRAM
Sports, particularly soccer, connect American youth with their Zimbabwean counterparts. We run camps, coaching clinics, and donate equipment for schools and clubs in Zimbabwe.
